Booking takes less than 30 seconds. Simply click the WhatsApp button on our website, share your pickup location, destination, date, and travel time — and you'll receive a fixed-fare quote instantly. Once confirmed, you'll get the driver's name, photo, and vehicle details before pickup.
No app download is required. You can book entirely via WhatsApp or phone call. This makes it easy for first-time visitors, senior citizens, and pilgrims who prefer straightforward communication over navigating an app.
Most bookings are settled by cash or UPI at the time of the ride. The full fare is quoted upfront before you confirm the booking — there are no hidden charges added later. Specific payment instructions will be shared at the time of booking.
For most regular trips, same-day booking is possible. However, during peak seasons like Rath Yatra, long weekends, Diwali, or major festival periods, we strongly recommend booking 7–10 days in advance to guarantee vehicle availability and lock in the fixed fare.
Yes. If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact us as early as possible on WhatsApp or by phone. Our team will try to accommodate changes wherever possible. Cancellation and refund terms are shared with you at the time of booking confirmation.
