Cancellation Timelines & Inclusions

Standard Cancellation: We offer free cancellation up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Any advance token payment made will be fully refunded within 3 to 5 business days.

Late Cancellation: If a booking is cancelled within 12 hours of the pickup time, a nominal cancellation fee (covering vehicle deployment loss) may apply. If the driver has already reached the pickup location, the base trip charge is payable.

Tolls & Parking: Unless specified otherwise in your booking confirmation message, highway tolls and parking charges are included in our all-inclusive package fares. Parking tickets at airports or tourist spots are paid directly if they are excluded from the quote.

Approved refunds for booking advances are processed via UPI or bank transfer and credited back to the customer's account within 3 to 5 working days.
What happens in case of flight or train delays?
If your flight or train is delayed, we reschedule your taxi pickup free of charge. Please share your flight or train number during booking so our driver can track the arrival status.
