PuriTaxi believes in building trust through transparent travel guidelines. We understand that travel plans can change due to flight delays, train status, or personal reasons. This document outlines our cancellation timelines, refund rules for booking advances, and standard billing policies regarding highway tolls, parking charges, and extra hour extensions. Please review these policies before confirming your booking.
Standard Cancellation: We offer free cancellation up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Any advance token payment made will be fully refunded within 3 to 5 business days.
Late Cancellation: If a booking is cancelled within 12 hours of the pickup time, a nominal cancellation fee (covering vehicle deployment loss) may apply. If the driver has already reached the pickup location, the base trip charge is payable.
Tolls & Parking: Unless specified otherwise in your booking confirmation message, highway tolls and parking charges are included in our all-inclusive package fares. Parking tickets at airports or tourist spots are paid directly if they are excluded from the quote.
